Returns and Exchanges


Q: What If I am not satisfied with my swimsuit for any reason?

A: If you wish to return or exchange an item:

  • Return the piece or pieces to us within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise.
  • Please fill out the Return/Exchange form that was in your shipment.
    • If you did not receive one, or have mis-placed it, you can print a Return/Exchange form by clicking on the link below.
  • All tags MUST be attached to the garments (NO exceptions).
  • All hygienic liners must be in place (NO exceptions).

We recommend that you use a shipping method that can provide proof of shipment. Insured Mail is usually the most economical. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments. Also, only merchandise credits will be issued, in the form of a gift card, for the return of sale merchandise.

We will credit your credit card for the returned merchandise (refunds exclude shipping costs) or process your exchange per your instructions. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. Credits are generally issued within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. Please return merchandise to the following address:

Free Shipping Exchanges

Please send back your return with the completed return/exchange form that was provided in your package. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order via Fed Ex Ground, free of charge, as soon as possible. If the item is not available, we will notify you via email to see if you would like an alternate item or refund.

Use of Promotion Codes

When using a promotion code to receive a discount on your order will constitute a merchandise credit when/if the item(s) are returned. If items are originally priced, but a promotion code is used placing them items at a discount, a merchandise credit will be issued for the return of the merchandise.

Order Processing

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: New orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST except for major holidays. New orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days unless an item is backordered. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.

Signature Delivery on Shipments

Q: Does www.InSwimwear.com require a delivery signature?

A: Yes. In order to prevent the loss, theft or damage of your order, a signature is required upon delivery by the carrier. By waiving this option, the recipient becomes solely responsible for the shipment once it has been dropped off by the carrier. Under these circumstances, lost, stolen or otherwise damaged goods will not be reimbursed by either www.InSwimwear.com or its designated carrier.

Expedited Deliveries

Q: Does www.InSwimwear.com provide expedited delivery?

A: Yes. Next day and second day delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items that are shipping to a location within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is also available for orders shipping to Canada. Please note that most carriers neither pick-up nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. If Saturday delivery is requested, then the additional shipping charges incurred will be charged to your credit card.

For any orders requiring expedited delivery, please choose that method of shipping when placing your order. If you did not choose the Expedited method at the time you placed your order please contact us at 1-830-885-4212 and we will change your shipping method and the additional shipping charges incurred will be charged to your credit card.

International Deliveries, Duties and Taxes

Q: Does www.InSwimwear.com ship to countries outside the United States?

A: At this time we only ship to Canada. Please note that orders shipped to Canada may incur additional duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. These additional fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier and will not be reflected in your invoice from www.InSwimwear.com.

PO Boxes and Military Bases

Q: Does www.InSwimwear.com ship to PO Boxes and Military Bases?

A: Yes. Your package will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
